UX/UI - web and APP

Fevo

Role:
UX/UI Designer
Tools:
Figma

FEVO is an app based on a social cart. Behind this concept, the user is the main character because is able to create different shopping carts and invite friends.

As a Freelance UX/UI Designer, I’ve been working for Patrick Oneill Agency and FEVO as its client. During this time, I've been redesigning the app wireframes and all the FEVO environments by designing different iterations. Some of this iterations are for FEVO app, the intranet system which consists of a CMS with an inventory, or partnership for LiveNation, Detroit Pistons, Finding Ferdinand, or Troupe. For this project, I was working on Figma.

FEVO App

FEVO is an app based on a social cart. Behind this concept, the user is the main character because is able to create different shopping carts and invite friends. These friends comment on the shopping cart and the items. Everybody who joined the cart can buy these items which includes event tickets or clothes to food or parking tickets. About how user can interact between them, they can make video calls and send images or try on the clothes.

FEVO - CMS

While redesigning the FEVO app, I've been redesigning and organizing a really complex structure on the CMS. Some of the pain points were the following ones:

- The user gets lost easily due to the number of subsections and the items categories.

- The content wasn't very visual and hard to remember for the user.

- The color palette was unclear and some elements like buttons seemed like it was unable instead of hovered.

- The user can't see in which step of creating an offer where they were.

- When creating a user, the user sometimes can't complete all the inputs because they don't have the information. When the user has the information that it was missing, they can't come back in the process in order to fill in the missing inputs.

CMS before redesigning

I started some research based on looking at some CMS websites. Then, I did some iterations in low fidelity and mid fidelity wireframes.

Detroit Pistons

FEVO was looking for some partners and investors. FEVO found a good opportunity on Detroit Pistons to collaborate with the brand and become more visible. For this purpose, I worked on the design of a responsive website as an example of the purchase experience. This experience has different flows such as purchasing tickets, inviting friends to a chat, booking a hotel room in case the user is from another city, or adding some merchandise add-ons. This was the result of what FEVO presents to Detroit Pistons.

LiveNation

This is a successful example of FEVO looking for some investors. FEVO found on LiveNation a great opportunity to collaborate with the brand and become more visible. For this purpose, I worked on the design of a responsive website with Journey as an example of the purchase experience. This experience has different flows such as purchasing tickets, booking a hotel room in case the user is from another city, or adding some merchandise add-ons. This was the result of what FEVO presents to LiveNation. LiveNation loved this design proposal and decided to invest in FEVO.

Troupe

FEVO wanted some examples of how different brands that collaborate with FEVO look like during the purchase process. As an example, Troupe Dance design shows a dance lesson purchase flow implementing Troupe color palette.

Finding Ferdinard

This is another example of how different brands that collaborate with FEVO look like during the purchase process. As an example, Finding Ferdinard wireframes show a Mother's Day gift set purchase flow implementing Finding Ferdinard color palette.
