Canada Drives main characteristic was delivery to your door but the users were demanding picking up the vehicle in our warehouse. This petition combined with expanding Canada Drives throughout the nation have made it necessary for the website to add cars from provinces nearer to the user's location and develop a free pick up option. Now, the user has more options as a result to find the car they want and they can decide where to get their purchased car. Some more functionalities were implemented in the following sections:
Inventory Page
The inventory distinguish between local and out of market vehicles and it shows the local first. Both types are showing a pop up message when the user hovers over the information icon. This message explains the difference between these two categories and fee that can be applied.
Inventory with local vehicles and out of province cars Vehicle Description Page (VDP) and Price Page
On the VDP, the delivery option was expanded and shows a pick up option too. This section mentions if it's a local or out of market vehicle.
Low fidelity iterations for the Price Page For the VDP and the Price Page, when selecting and calculating a delivery or pick up option, Out of Market vehicles will display a shipping fee because of the transportation between provinces. This amount will be reflected on the Price Details (VDP) and the Payment Calculation (Price Page).

Due to the cash and the finance flow are different, the changes were applied mainly to the cash flow. For the finance flow, the pick up option and the Out of Market Shipping Fee were added to the summary panel.
